"Justice For All – A Story About Inclusion"
The Government of Saskatchewan is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace – one that reflects the diversity of our great province and provides a competitive advantage in many ways.
The Ministry of Justice, in partnership with the 4to40 supported employment initiative, has a success story to share – one of engaging Lucas Faye, an accomplished, inspirational young man with an intellectual disability. Aaron Orban, Executive Director of the Access and Privacy Branch, will share his thoughts on what can happen when you put people first and open yourself to the possibilities and contributions a person with an intellectual disability can make.
Aaron will be joined by Donna Flaman-Johnson, 4to40 Inclusive Employment Broker and Allen Faye, Lucas’s father. Allen will share what Lucas’s appointment to the Access and Privacy Branch has meant to Lucas and his family and why he refers to Aaron and his team as “difference-makers”.
4to40 is an inclusive employment initiative by Creative Options Regina and the University of Regina, Campus For All.
