2023 Homegrown Success - State Of Labour In Regina
Homegrown Success: State of Labour In Regina
With more than 4,000 job openings right now and thousands more on the way, Regina’s labour market is in a place of massive challenge and opportunity. A new report from Economic Development Regina (EDR) pegs the potential impact of filling those vacancies at close to $500 million per year.
Slated for November 8 and co-hosted by the Regina Chamber of Commerce and EDR, Homegrown Success: State of Regina’s Labour Market event brings together insights, analysis, and action on meeting Regina’s labour market challenge.
The half-day event includes key thought leaders from the public, private, and post-secondary education sectors to share experiences, knowledge, and most importantly, solutions. On November 8, EDR will release its State of Regina’s Labour Market report, and share its own research and plans to put Regina at the front of the pack in the race for talent attraction.
Event participants include:
- Mayor Sandra Masters
