Richmond (Dick) Edward Mayson Graham was appointed the President and Chief Executive Officer of Regina Airport Authority on March 23, 2015. Graham brings over 20 years of experience in both executive and senior management roles with extensive knowledge and proven leadership, building teams, stakeholder consensus, enhancing economic development and driving innovation to produce lasting strategy-focused results. Graham is a Professional Engineer, holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Lakehead University and an MBA from Royal Roads University. Graham has extensive experience leading major strategic growth initiatives in energy, mining, infrastructure and now, the airport industry as the President & CEO of the Regina Airport Authority.
Graham born in Melfort, Saskatchewan and grew up in Canada’s North and the farm in Saskatchewan holds a great affection for the aviation industry and, in particular, the aviation history of Saskatchewan and is delighted to be a part of it. His grandfather Richmond (Dick) Mayson helped build Saskatchewan's early commercial aviation industry through M&C Aviation.
